Third Row: Nancy Bobby, John Flenniken, Donna Ramsey, Doris Stone, Elanor James, Pat Rutledge, Mary Lynne Sweeney. Fourth Row: Tom Elson, Tom Drabick, Sam Phillips, Monty Mills, John Scopel, Pat Kelly, Tom Marcus, Frank Stone. Fifth Row: Leo Scopel, Jim Booth, David Maple, Tom Christie, Earl Mallernee. The Freshman class elected the following officers: Sue Turvey, President: Mary Lynne Sweeney, Vice-President, Fran- ces Zychal, Secretary-Treasurerg and James Booth, Student Council member. The class flower is the White Carnation and the class colors are Scarlet and White. For their Motto they have chosen Success waits at Labor's Gates. The Freshman Class was represented in football by five of their members. Many Freshmen participated in Basketball. Thirty-one of this class were in the vocal groups, while seven were in the band. Mr. Sutton was the class advisor.
