MARCH Came in like a lion clic settled down like a lamb as the Spring Sports started their seasons. The air filled with music to the sounds of the Band, and Choral Annual Spring Con- certs. Construction began on the new crafts building out by the woods shop. Construction classes completed their house on March 13 which was then moved to Thurston to be put up for sale. Friday the 13th brought good luck for some at the Friday the 13th dance. A new lunch program was started in the commons to help control the lunch time chaos. March ended with the long awaited Spring vacation which turned out to rain (a lot). Top right: Lunch program is changed. Center: Sean Gambee and Denise Yarbor- ough boogie. Center right: Kristi Carter looks for? Bottom left: Workers began on the new crafts building. Bottom right: Everyone enjoys the sun and frisbee in the courtyard. APRIL A beginning to an end Everyone knew that April was draw- ing close to the end of the year and the attitudes around the school showed it. The school musical ‘‘Music Man’’ opened in April and was a big success (of course). Intramural softball got off to a good start despite the radical weather. Rally and Hi-lite tryouts began although the actual tryouts weren’t held until May. Class elections were held the last day in April. There were concerts and festi- vals, a Bingo Night sponsored by the Boosters and Open House. The monthly S.A.T. tests were taken and advisee meetings planned for next year classes. Top-Reagan West as Eulele Shinn entertains everyone with her antics. Center-Schmedly Norwop became a write-in candidate for Senior Class President. Far Right-Butch Burleson, Ray Pearson, Pete Acker, and Greg Fenn act natural! Bottom Left-Deni Johnson teaches for rally tryouts. Bottom Right-The entire cast of Music Man with Dan Bowman as Professor Hill. i De TRF Wad UL: 7 eof,
