Well over fifty girls spend one or two periods each day collect- ing absence slips, typing dittos and stencils, answering tele- phones, and doing innumerable oth e r seemingly insignificant tasks in one of the various offices about the building. These girls are the unseen cogs that keep our machine running so smoothly and efficiently. x
