SENIORS PRE IDENT VICE PRESIDENT SECRETARY TREASURER With that cherished document called the diploma we lightly step across the stage to the familiar tune of Pomp and Circumstance For we did but there were other activities which equally made up the medley of things that developed life around SHS Football basketball and sprung sports made up the athletic picture while club meetings parties invitatlonals and numerous dances climaxed by the prom highlighted the social calendar Compliments were also received on the class plays and the assemblies As we return to our seats a hundred thoughts race through our minds These thoughts are broken by the benediction which means it is all over We have graduated This is lust the beginning We feel sure that the knowledge we have gained at Springfield High will enhance our opportunities not only at col lege but also in any vocation which we choose to enter We thank the entire faculty for the basic fundamentals which they have provided The foundation has been laid.
