found that he was being followed by LINDA WEISS, JUDY JOHNSON, RITA WHITED, SHARON SHARP, SANDY SZARAZ, YVON NE TUMLIN, RUTH VOYTKO, VICKIE WILKINSON, and SUE ANKENY, who had formed a conga line. Mr. Shakan escorted them back to their rooms, thinking everything was under control, and peace reigned once more. The next day was beautiful, just perfect for swimming and water skiing. At the beach DALE F RALEY showed his ability to fall off a surfboard with amazing graoe while lifeguard GEORGE HARRIS watched over the various activities. These were made pleasant by the fashionable bathing suits worn by BECKY MILLIN, CHERYL GOODRICH, PAT HELLER, PAT FUNK, KAREN WILLISON, RITA WARMAN, and PAT KLAINER. BOB SPENCE, ROCKY RICHARD- SON, DAVE SHAFFER, JOY WESTFALL, SUNNY BAKER, and LINDA HEISA were seen enjoying water skiing. JULIA REICH, MARY REYNOLDS, NANCY HAFT, CAROLYN JOHNSON, SHIRLEY PUTNAM, JOYCE MAUPIN, and BARBARA HARRISON devoted their time to tossing a flashy beach ball back and forth. On down the beach, ED WISE, DAVE WILLIAMS, DREXEL TABOR, CLIFF PANDER, LESLIE GOLEC, and CLARK GRAF- TON were engaged in coconut bombings while in a nearby tree, DEANNA DABEL, SANDY BOURN, SHARON HECKART, BONNIE MANGUS, DOROTHY LOFTIS, and JACKIE LANGE ate bananas and drank coconut juice. Further down the beach, DICK LAUBSCHER, DAVID HERTZOG, ALAN BORING, PATTI HATHAWAY, JANET FLINT, DIANNE CHURCH, LYNN FIELD, GERALDINE JOHNSON, and JUDY LAMBERT watched JUDY CARVER model the latest in grass skirts. On down the street, JOAN SCHROCK, ERMA EARLENBAUGH, ALICE ADAMS, DICK ANKENY, RONNIE ROWLAND, DAN DETWILER, and FRANK NEMET were watching some natives dig for clams. On the mountain slopes, CECILE VANNOY, CAROL REID, LINDA PRYOR, LYNN CARNEY, RONNIE AUSTIN, GERALD ROGERS, and BOB GIBSON found grass sledding an enjoyable sport. Later on the beach, SCOTT ANDRICK, LLOYD MARTIN, ED STEW- ART, FLOYD FOUTS, BILL LICHTENBERGER, BILL O'DONNELL, ROBERT DEAN , and RONNIE CONNER took part in the outrigger canoe races. Among the spectators were JUDY BITTINGER, DORLADENE ALLEN, JOHN UNDERWOOD, GLENN BARKER, and PAUL CERNAVA. That evening, the festivities centered around Hawaiian dancing. Taking part wereJACKIE LORAH, JUDY KNOTTS, CAROLE ALTHOFF, CAROLYN RAMSEY, and NORMA RANKIN. DORRY SAUNDERS, KAY HARTMAN, ELIZABETH BOGGS, MARY HOLMES, and many others enjoyed it very much. Soon a very pleasant aroma filled the air. When the aroma was investigated, it was found that RAYMOND and RONALD ROBINSON, world-famous chefs, had prepared a most delicious meal. CHARLES SMITH, EUGENE HAWKINS, RICHARD HOLT, and ARTHUR MARTIN found the food most enjoyable. To the end our Hawaiian trip, JUNE EMERSON conducted a luau. Assisting her were WILLENE COREY, CAROLYN PRESSLER, MARLA MORGAN, JUDY MCKINNEY, JANICE WHITE, KATHLEEN ZEHNER, and RUTH SCHREIBER. Afterwards, ROY PENWELL sang some Hawaiian songs while SUE SLEVIN, CINDY KNIGHT, DAVID MORGAN, ALAN FOWLER, WILMA JOHNSON, CAROL CRITES, KAAREN HUGHES, and RONNIE BARRON listened attentively. As the sun slowly sinks in the west, the S. S. Spartana leaves this enchanted island to return to our everyday lives. ALOHA! 'I5
