CLASS Pfio P On Wednesday, the twenty-fifth of July, 1970, at 2:40 P.M., Superior Captain DAN WARDER made straight for the bridge of his ship, the S.S. Spartana, to in- vestigate some disturbances reported by First Mate JAY ABERCROMBIE. On investigation, he found JACK EVANS, RAYMOND WRIGHT, DIO GRANT, HAROLD BRAGG, and JOE HORVATH in a raging game of Old Maids. Dis- ciplining them, he sent them to scrub down the deck where they found MARGIE KELLY, SANDY MORELEY, LANA CLIVER, and SHERRILL LEWIS sun bathing, Meanwhile, a party of eight, SANDY DURMAN, SALLY MILLS, SHARON HATHCOX, BILLETTA HILLIS, ROBERT LeMASTER, GERRY SCHROCK, TOM PIGGOTT, and JOHN FINLAW, enjoyed pineapple juice and Poi. RUSTY DRUMMOND and BEVERLY SPENCER were making their way to the gym to watch a shuffleboard tournament. CAROL GRIFFIN, ENGENE SI-IANDOR, JOAN LIMBURG, and WAYLAND RITZMAN were competing in the final round.JUDY HILL, LINDA NEUBERT, MARTHA JOHNSON, and PEGGY DYKES were keeping the ping-pong table busy, while REGENA RIBLETT kept official score. Later that evening MARY ROGISI-I, DON MCFARLAND, NANCY WIT- WER, BOB PITZ, JOANN DRENNEN, BOB SIMPSON, MARGIE HALE, and RONNIE JUSTICE went to the ballroom where they danced to the music of CLARK VAN SCYOC and his orchestra consisting of GEORGE FARRIS, CHESTER MOLNAR, TIM CAMPFIELD, PAUL BRANNON, and ROGER SYX. DEL HUNT pleased all with his saxophone solos, while SYBIL BELL de- lighted everyone with her singing. Most of the passengers retired early to get ready for the busy day ahead. When the passengers awoke, they were greeted by softly blowing breezes. Their first glimpse was that of beautiful islands. The boat docked to the accompaniment of strains of strumming guitars. As the passengers disembarked, they were greeted in the usual Hawaiian way with leis given to them by BARBARA DEPIZZOL, PAT GARDUNO, LOIS HOUSEMAN, and ALBERTA ELLIS. That evening NANCY and CAROL JENKINS, LOUIS IGLEHEART, RONNIE REED, MARCIA SMITH, and DON KAPITY attended a luau given in their honor by CAROL JAMES, JANET KULIC, JUDY CASTELLO, DAR- LENE MILHOAN, JIM DRUMMOND, JAMES DARRAH, JACK PRICE, and CHARLES PARKS. Most of the tourists stayed at the Waikiki,H a well-known hotel, owned by RICHARD LOHR. They started toward their suites for what they thought would be a restful night, but little did they know what was to transpire. Hotel manager, WAYNE SHAKAN, and his assistant, JEAN WILSON, were escorting the guests to their rooms, when to the surprise of all, they discovered CARL WEBB stumbling down the hall in his sleep!
