K THE CONSTITUTION OF SPRINGFIELD HIGH PREAMBLE r We, the Senior Class, in order to form a more perfect impression, estab- lish wills, insure justifiable endowments, provide for ourselves common de- fense, promote lower classmen and secure the blessings of teachers to our- selves and our fellow classmates, do ordain and establish this will for the students of Springfield High School. ARTICLE I SECTION I. FOUR HOUSES All legislative powers made are granted to the Senior Class of Springfield High, which should consist of Houses A, B, C, and D. SECTION 2. HOUSES A AND B Membership obtained after four years of struggling. SECTION 3, VACANCIES When vacancies occur, we count them absent in body as well as mind.
