Academic Dean In the recent changes of the College hierachy it is not for us to ask for titles, but to ask for responsible leadership. William 1-t miners Director of Admissions Frank Smalc Comptroller Ours is not to simply criticize. Ours is to follow the lead; yet we must also attempt to make our own way. We must not simply criticize; we must retain the right to question. The change in ourselves and our College over the past four years has been great. This change comes not from within ourselves alone, but is initiated by those who are here to educate; someone to whom we may go and talk; someone to lead us through the dark hours; the ideas of great minds take form as we encounter their varied expressions: Arsen ian Lynch Millci Muc Mullen Kide Randolph 34 Neumann Kippcrman Sleil BLmdell 35 Harris Allen Markarian Bavender 36 Rcsnick 37 Keeney Dolcva Costello 38 Jewett Ross Bukcr 39 Harrison Parsonage Cameron Wilder Paar Johnson 41 Flynn Wiley Si ins McCabe F'rost 42 Sam nelson Auxter Bridgcman Sandow 43 Barrus Shaw Weckwerth 44 Wilson Thorsen Tawic Vickers 45 Ewing Richard Bagster-Collins Potter 46 Parker Brooks 47 Cox Zcnaty 48 Brainard Heselbarth Zimmerman Bli ard 49 Van Allen Roper Olmstcad 50 Stewart Ehman Doss 51 53 Moizuk Bigony And when their job is done we have just begun to see, to hear, to speak, to walk, to come into our own. 55 As we re-enter the outside world after four years we bring with us the memories that surrounded our college days: 56 the sports festivities . . . It is with this purpose in mind that we place before you a year’s work for your criticism and judgement. To our mind four years at college is not judged by the good or l ad times alone, but bv the intellectual as well as the physical activities of the students enclosed within the walls of the institution. The 1966 Massasoit is an attempt by the Junior Class to place before you your recol- lections of purpose and ideals when you entered this College and the end result. Along with this l ook go our wishes to the graduating class of 1966 and to the under- graduates who will soon follow in their footsteps. 190 Mitchell L. Parks, Editor-in-Chief J7W
