Fo date it has the powers to approte numeral and letter awards, budgets and schetl- ules, but the members feel that a tlefinition of its administrative powers will make the organization a more efficient one. Fhe Social Activities Hoard guides the activities of all campus organizations. l ime and place of functions must be alloted so that plans of separate organizations ill not conflict.
