Another field trip taken was to the Center for the Developmentally Disabled. Three major objectives in the class were to provide the students with 'a work- ing understanding of what psychology is, to expose students to the major schools of psychological thought, and to give the students the opportunity to develop a satisfactory vocabulary in psychology. ttPsychology class has helped teach the students to develop skills needed to make more rational decisionsf explained Mr. Karl Ochs, who taught Psychology along with Mr. Meaney. The first semester class was taught the introduc- tion to psychology.
