Through fund raising activities such as the Chili Supper and Venture Inventory, money was raised to purchase such gifts as cheerleading uniforms, camera supplies for Journalism, a mini-leaper for exercise, and j.v. and varsity warmup jackets for boys basketball. Fund raising activities centralized around the sale of bumper stickers and Powder Puff football. Two intramural sports were organized: ping pong and volleyball which provided an appreciated change of pace. To help with the responsibility of Student Masses, a Liturgy Council was appointed. The dances sponsored by SC including Homecoming, were a great success. SCHS should be proud of their Student Council for their work and help in raising school spirit.
