While the senior class studied marriage and sex from Father Reker and Father Weiler, the juniors explored the basics of our faith from Brother john. The freshmen also having Brother john, studied the individual books of the Bible. Learning different aspects of religion in general, the sophomores were splitg the boys with Father Reker and the girls with Sister Bede. Father Reker explains the theology of religion to Tom Penn. Bill and Craig express their brotherly love . Juniors study their religion intensely. Freshmen girls are engrossed in their religion books. I7

Science The science department was directed by several teachers including Mike Kroehnke, Andy Saunders, and Dale Lingle. Due to the departure of Mr. Kroehnke, Mr. Saunders took over the Biology I and II classes, as well as Physical Science. The students participated in several projects from building a greenhouse to dissecting sharks, to experimenting with unknown chemicals. Science curriculum proved to be exceptionally interesting. Students take a rest after a hard day's work. x Physics students concentrate to make the experiment work. Mrs. Harris f '1 and Mr. Hyde each taught separate psy- chology classes. Books by John Powell, SJ. were basic utensils used by the instructors. Sociology was taught by Mr. Hyde to juniors and seniors.
