Superintendent MR J O KELLY Mr J O Kelly has seen s1nce he f1rst became Supermtendent of Sprmgdale Schools 1n 1944 four new bLl11d1I1gS sprmg up on the h1gh school campus as well as three new elementary bulldlngs Under hls supervlsxon the c1ty faculty alone has mcreased from twenty S1X to nlnty seven and the enrollment from mne hundred to two thousand flfty Students faculty and the pubhc al1ke flnd an excellent example of executlve ab1l1ty as well as a steadfast frlend 1n Mr Kelly
