C LASS HISTORY The Freshmitn Class arrived on schedule time Sept. 9, 1912, as green, as fresh, as bright as any class ever admitted to the High School. Xow that a year has passed, we are gradually learning to toddle alone. Our first troubles came at election time. VVe tried, scolded. quarreled and tried again and finally succeeded in electing a group of oflieers, who have held their positions with the greatest possiblef ?j dig- nity. By actual count, the Seniors have held four more meetings in the last month than we have all year. which speaks well for harmony,- Qgood word, thatl. But we don't always expect to he so slow. The day is coming when we can measure up to any class that has ever graduated from this school. As we look into the future, we realize that we have still a little to learn. although we have mastered as much hy this time as could he expected of us. Now that we know it all, we will devote the most of our remaining years to the development of class character, so that when we come to graduate it will he said that we have never heen surpassed.
