l 1 I SPRING VALLEY EESH SCHOOL 21 UNIOR CLASS HISTORY ln thc year lilltl the I-Iiglitln Grade graduating class consisted of six students. a lucky six. out ol' a class of nine. 'lihesc six were l.enore Anderson, .Xlta Vfilliams, llelen ltogstad. Alexander l'aulsen. .Xrthur Isaacson and Agnes llogstad. .XII hut Miss YYilliams entered High School. ln our lfreshman year we were increased hy one moref- .lane llill. This brought our class to six members, aml it was with that number that we completed our first year of lligh School work. Two of these six,-' Lenore Anderson and Alexander l'aulson.ftook the Latin course, which extended thru the Sophomore year. The remainder took the English-Scientific course. Ulu' second year found us only four strongf llelen and Agnes llogstad not returning to take up the more advanced work. If each year were to decrease our class by two. none would grad- uate:hut luckily all four finished the second year's work and entered this year as Juniors. During the course of the year our class was sifted again. ' -Arthur lsaaeson fell thru. Xow only three remain: or we may say, as one member of the class expressed it, the cream of the 1910 Graduating class. We hope to be ahle to claim. when we graduate next year, that we were one of the best. as well as the smallest ot' classes that went thru the Spring Valley lligh School. A. V. l',Kl'l,Sl'fN. .ik
