167115 Drivers and Cfusfodiaus Fifty miles is the average route for the four bus drivers at Spring Hill, with each trip requiring from forty-five minutes to an hour. Buses transport 250 of the 310 pupils. Seating capacity ranges from a small thirteen passenger bus to a large seventy -two passenger model acquired this year. In addition to these buses the school transportation fleet consists of two auxiliary buses, a driver training car, and an army surplus car. MRS. In the summer they refinish floors, paint, and make minor repairs. Two, Mr. Rowland and Mr. De Armon have a combined record of forty- three years at Spring Hill. HERMAN FENTON Under the management of Mrs. Fred Beasley, two hundred and sixty-four hot meals are prepared every day in the cafe- teria, which has three full-time adult work- ers and twenty students who work for meals for themselves or a brother or sister.
