'fri' H Bill y I WASHINGTON The Senior Trip The fifth annual Senior Trip to Washington, D.C. , will be made by the Spring Hill Seniors of 1954 and their Sponsors. The fourteen day tour will take the class through eleven states and the nation's capital with all necessary expenses paid from the funds raised by the class. Places of interest usually visit- ed on the trip include the national cemetery in Vicksburg or Gettysburg, the Cyclorama of the Battle of Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia, The Natural Bridge, the homes of George Washing- ton fMt. Vernonj, Andrew Jackson QNashvillej, and Robert E. Lee QArlingtonj, Stone Mountain, the Parthenon, at least two state capitols, Arlington Cemetery, and Ozone Falls. In Washington the students usually visit the Capitol, White House, the Lincoln, Jefferson, and Washington Monuments, the F. B. I. , Supreme Court, Library of Congress, the Washing- ton Cathedral, the Congress, the Bureau of Printing and En- graving, the International Airport, the Smithsonian Institution and their Congressman.
