FCREWCRD Because We feel that the scho- lastic year of l94O-ill has seen the tide of campus activity reach a new and admirable high, this boolc has been de- signed in an effort to reflect pictorially the sincere en- deavor, the cooperative spirit, and the unparalleled achieve- ments of the Spring l-lill College student in his classes, organi- zations, and athletics. And because, too, the life-blood of any college is traceable to just such activities, the l94l Arx hopes in some measure to give acknowledgment to the student and his work, and to preserve in its pages this evi- dence of a new-found enthu- siasm and enterprise that has flooded the campus of Spring l-lill College.
