He came to Spring Hill Y' from Barton Academy in 1920. He entered the Pre-Medical course here and finished II. ,J I in 22. But George was not to be satisfied with only two years of College. He ' I ? decided to return and- obtain his A. B. degree. tai Being a day scholar, he is not connected with many college activities, except If I athletics. However, in athletics he has made quite a name for himself. -, His work in class has won him the respect of his class-mates and fellow students. I As he is sober-minded, his opinions and ideas on all topics are sought and valued ll I S A highly. 4 i We know that when George goes to University for his M. He has not killed himself II! studying. But, he always makes excellent grades in his class work. The solution XI I I is simple. When he plays, he plays, but, when he works, he works. I I 1 Cooper is recognized as the best artist in the College. Whenever anything I X Z artistic is to be done it is Let Cooper do it! Besides being artistic, he can be ,f iw sarcastic, as anyone who has opposed him in a debate knows. His witty sarcastic I I rebuttals have helped him to win more than one debate.
