1 Mr. J. W. King, our band director, attended Texas Tech where he s was assistant directorjof the Tech band in '46-'47, He received l 'Q 2'f:', his S. Degree. in Education with a major- in Band and Music. l ' Before coming to Big Spring, Mr. King taught in Westbrook High .I-n School one year. He has been director of the B.S.H.S. band for three years. At present, Mr. King is working for his Masters N-as Degree in Music Education at Texas Tech.
