A I g e r n o n Karen Siarcher, Paul Patton, Debra Price, and Dan Naegele. Flowers o r Flowers for Algernon was this year's drama presentation selection for the interim Dramatics class. The play was presented as part of the requirements for the class, as well as using other interested people from the college. Flowers for Algernon is an episodical play with flashbacks of Charlie Gordon's early life. The life of Charlie is viewed as he moves from the state of a moron to the intellectual capacity of a genius. The tampering of the mind by science creates new problems for Charlie that neither he nor the scientist can handle. The play raises the serious question of whether anyone should play God. The play was presented on February 8 and 9 and was very well received by the college community and friends. 40 Ron Lemmon, Jeff Evoy, Dennis Crookedacre, and Brenda Fouty.
