Umm The tennis team laretl pretty well this year, losing only one match to Ritzville. Gary Henson and Patti Palmer took the Bi-County Mixed Doubles championship but were rlefeatecl by Marcus in the district meet. The girls doubles team, Jaei Carlson and Marilyn Palmer, won four matches anal lost two, one of these to the bi-county champions. Kon Lampartcr and Tom Fox, the boys doubles team, showed great potential but, because of lack of experience, their record didn't show their true abilities. Marlene Sumpter, Kathie Smith, and Mike Jennings, all singles players, showed much improvement during the season., Losing only the girls doubles and singles, the tennis team should do equally well next year.
