The Students ' Cooperative Association Council consists of four officers and two representatives from each homeroom class. The organization plans to carry out the various objectives which were chosen by the council. The main purpose of this organization is to try to get more school spirit and partici¬ pation in school functions and activities from the student body. The Virginia State Certificate of Achievement has been presented to the Spottswood organization for three consecutive years.
