Other adults find time to participate in the extra-curricular activities offered during daytime college hours. Whether they attend classes in the evening or during the day, Canton College's older students contribute much to our in- stitution. 74 ,1- rv W KX x f, 'a mx WWWWKW Wf J f wx. bw Sz -6 K -,540 -' f 1. For some, it may mean the only hope for educational experi- ence beyond the secondary level, for others, it may represent the best means to a baccalaureate degree and perhaps eventually to graduate study in a professional field. And for still others, the college may mean the chance for experience and training that Will lead to satisfying and meaningful positions in technical and Vocational fields. In short, then, no matter what the students' goals are or where the institutions are lo- cated, Canton Community College shares one characteristic with other two year in- stitutions: the opportunity for the many as Well as the few. As Dean of this school, I enlist your active participation in the improvement of our institution . And, as students, your greatest contribution can be in developing your maximum potential--from striving for academic success to establishing a set of per- sonal values and to dedicating education and training to the good of humanity. Will you join with me in these efforts? May I express my sincere thanks and appreciation for your excellent support through- out my first year at Canton Community College. Sincerely yours , flax!
