C Dean Dean Philip Osborn has been at Canton Community College since its beginning in 1959. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University in 1948 and Master of Education degree from the Unive rsity of Colorado in 1953. The Dean has done additional graduate work at the Unive rsity of Michigan. He was formerly at Canton Senior High School, and it was he who vigorously supported the idea of Canton Community College .
