Dear Driver: We saw you barely miss a 'little boy on a tric ycle this aiternoon and heard you yell 'Get out oi the way! Don't you know better than to ride in the street?' l-le didn't answer because he hasn't learned to talk very CIN well yet, so we'll answer for him. o, the little boy doesn't know any better than to ride his tricycle in the street.
