GILBERT SEIBERT, JR, EARL LA VERN MILLER In football he can't be beat, for Gillie in our class does rate, At mechanics he is one of the best, as he works on his Ford V-8. La Vern, class chicken and rabbit raiser, has been active in F.F.A.,on Parlimentary and State Judging Teams, and contested in the Prince of Peace Contest, Oh, can he play ping pong! PATRICIA JOYCE GEHR PAUL METZGER Pat sang in chorus, played in G.A.A., and cooked and sewed in F.H.A. She worked hard as librarian, as a member of Echoes Staff, and on the Senior An- nouncement Committee. In the Junior Play Buzz was great, and as a trumpet player he does rate. In F. F.A. and as vice-president of the Junior Class he made things hum. JAMES WILSON BENJAMIN FRANK OEHLHOF Football was Jim's interest in the fall: in the winter came the intramural activities in which he played. He was a member of F.F,A, and the Parlimentary Procedure Team, Benny has been a loyal F,F,A. member for four long years where he studied poultry, farm- ing, and steers. He has a lot of fun and has a smile for everyone.

Basketball and track are Iim's main interests. As football manager he helped the team. The Var- sity S is the club to which he belonged. Jane, one of the twins,was four years a Major- ette. She was a good sport, active in G,A.A., and was a Junior High Cheerleader in her fresh- man year. JAMES WILGES JANET LOUELLA STRAYER ELOISE KAY KOHLI WILLIAM L. MORRIS Kootsie took pictures for the Echoes Staff. In G,A,A, and F,H,A. she had many a laugh. She was a librarian and a member of our High School Chorus. Lois helpedina big way when she was the mother in the Junior play. She was also main soprano singer of the Chorus. In G.A.A. and intramurals she carried a load. Doc, our star pig-raiser, has been active in F. F.A. and was 'Papa' in the Junior Play. He also served on the winning Parliamentary Procedure Team. Wi1lie, a farmer he's sure to be, has supported F.F.A, and Parliamentary Pro- cedure Teams. His interest has been in sports, and his vocal ability burst forth in Speech and Chorus. Dinger is the smallest and the quietest boy of the class. He never utters any complaints and always carries an air of happiness in his smile. Jim ,who always has a smile, was secretary of F.F.A, and a member of the Parlimentary Team. He participated in intramural games, and at eat- ing fudge he can't be beat. CHA RLES LEE JAMES MCDONOUGH HOMER R, SHEPLER EVELYN MARIE MORRIS He's shy and quietghe's blond and hand- some. And he really loves horses. That's our boy, Bob . 'Little Moose , as Delphie in the Junior Play, stole the show. G.A.A., Prince oi Peace, and Chorus were her delights. But how would the Latin class have sur- vived without her? Goose was an important man on the football and track teams and played intramurals, too, He was a member of the Varsity S club. Todd was class president in 49 and 50 and a drummer in Marching and Concert Band. Volleyball and basketball were his intramural sports.
