Accountin Association The Spencerian Accounting Association is comprised mainly of Accounting majors and other interested business students. This past year, our meetings were highlighted by a variety of guest speakers, all who are Spencerian graduates. Some of the speakers included, Mr. Robert Schweitzer, from the Internal Revenue Service, Mr. Ron- ald Jahnke, Assistant Controller from Boston Store, and Mr. and Mrs. Radebaugh, from Pabst Brewery. Through our guest speakers, the association gives our students an insight into private accounting, retail accounting and the .duties and responsibilities involved with each. We attempt to instill in our members the ethics, devotion and professional attitudes necessary for success in the business world. lVlr. Charles Pluss, our advisor, deserves the credit for revitaliza- tion of the club. Our many thanks to him. Spencerlan College tudent Government The Spencerian Student Government is composed of officers and legislators who are elected by the student body. Each recognized student organization is also allowed one representative. By serving as the official voice of the student body, SSG helps formulate regulations governing student activities and acts as liaison between the students and the administration.
