PHYSICAL EDUCATION Miss Valada jean Wilson teaches girls Physical Education and Health and Safety. She was born in Owensville, Indiana and received her B.S. degree at Indiana State Teachers College. She is sponsor of the Junior Class, G.A.A. and Val jeans. Her hobbies are sports and play- ing the trumpet. He is married and has two children. Mr. Brown has taught five years at Spencer, and is the varsity basketball and baseball coach. He also teaches Drivers' Training and Health and Safety. FINE ARTS ...M ig, . Mrs. Foster Dyar is the vocal music teacher both for the grades and high school. She holds a B.S. Degree, and has attend Franklin College, Indiana University, and Indiana State Teachers' College. Besides her hobby of reading, she sponsors the Sforzanda Music Club and many vocal ensembles. Mrs. john Hight is the head of the art department and also teaches junior High Home Economics. She was born in Easton, Indiana. She has two daughters. She attended Ball State Teachers College and re- ceived a B.S. degree. Mrs. Hight has traveled extensively throughout the United States. SKILLF UL CRAFTS Mrs. Marie Kinney was born in Monroe County and received her B.S.H.E. at Purdue and is now working on an M.A.T. degree at In- diana University. She is the Home Economics teacher and her extra- curricular activities .include F.H.A. and Tri Kappa. She is married and has five sons and one daughter. She has taught nine years. Robert K. Brown is the Industrial Arts teacher and Craft Club spon- sor. He was born at Mecca, Indiana and received his B.S. and M.S. degrees at Indiana State Teachers College. He is married and has two sons. Before coming to Spencer, Mr. Brown taught six years at Cayuga, Indiana.
