And The Llghter Slde Writer Peg Cunningham goes over the days' script with disc jockey Jim Baughn before the KOPS broadcasting station goes on the air. Assist- ants for Jim are Bernard Smith and Stanley Henson. The new loud speakers that were installed in the gym this year made the station possible. Under the direction of the high school students, the station plays their requests along with the requests of the Junior High students. Sock hops and noon hour recreation were in the listening area of station KOPS.

Activities For Consuming Kings, queens, princes and prin- cesses highlight almost every possible occasion at Spencer High School. The candidates are usually nominated by their respective classmates and put to vote either publicly or within the school.
