It conveys the up-to-date news to the four hun- dred and forty students and to approximately fifty alumni subscribers. The editions this year have been snappy and well planned. In addition to a recitation of past events the issues have given good synopses of coming events. It has also been the policy of the staff to run one or more pictures in each issue. The student body subscribed 100W for the Cliff Dweller with a 1'eduction in price to forty cents. This idea has made the paper a more democratic publication with many students contributing to its issues. Every department of the school has made cont1'ibutions to the issues and thus readers have had the pleasure of knowing in a large way of the progress of our fine high school. Page ninety-six

Club, has been one of the most beneficial clubs in Spencer High School. Much of the success of the club is due to our sponsor, Miss Morgan. She saw where we needed training in every day manners and she has always been very patient and kind with us. The name of our club, K. A. T., does not mean that we are catty but it really means Kourteous All Times. -Q-2+jX-a-4-+ President ,........,....,,.........,,.,...... ,.,......, ..... .......,,... The object is to develop in the members an appreciation of the advantages to be gained through travel. This we have t1'ied to do through reports and discussions upon books and magazines relating to travel, exploration, and discovery. Several members of the club have related their own experiences gained through travel. Through the efforts of the club, a speaker for one of our assembly programs was secured. .,s..,.:g.g..g.,.
