This enjoyable young lady was Miss Virginia Morgan to whom the 1931 Rupicola is dedicated, with all due love and regard, by the Senior Class of 1931. Miss Morgan came to us from West Virginia University where she was highly recommended, both as a student and teacher. From her first entrance into the school she was loved and respected by all who knew her and the better acquainted one became with her the more sterling qualities one found to be admired. Miss Morgan is very serious abouther work and accom- plishes it in a very serious manner. She is always laughing and gay along with her requirements of a high standard of work and is so winning in her ways and has such a sunny personality that all who come in contact with her cannot help feeling that they are lifted a little higher by this contact. The influence of Miss Morgan in the school life is great because everyone admires her high ideals and st1'ong char- acter. Her influence with the present Senior class is un- bounded because she did much to mold their Senior life by bring them safely through their Junior year, at which time she was their class oflicer. Through the dedication of this Rupicola the school attempts to express the love and gratitude which it feels for the faithful work and unbounded loyalty of Miss Morgan and the class of 1931 wishes to extend to her its best wishes for a happy future and the realization of all her brightest dreams.
