Student Government Struggled To Keep Activities Alive It was an uphill battle for Student Government to keep many activities alive and exciting all school year long. At Homecoming time, the week's festivities be- came alive with a new mini-float contest and skits open to all organizations and classes. When Christmas came, they struggled to get food for the elderly. The students pulled through, along with local businesses, and provided beautiful boxes of food to many. The group convinced Mr. Colletti, their new advi- sor, to hold Winterfest for the second time, which proved to be to be successful too. But when spring came. Student Government was unable to schedule a Spring Olympics to the dismay of many. STUDENT GOVERNMENT—ROW 1: Renee Fait, Jon Steffenhagen.
