Seniors Held Last Supper The 1980 Senior Banquet was held on May 2nd, at the Olde Cedar House in Abbotsford. It was the Seniors' last time together before the graduation fes- tivities. Bogus awards were given such as 'Life of the Party', 'Shyest Guy', 'Most Likely to Succeed', and 'Becky Homecky'. A good time was on the agenda and for the most part it was acheived. 1. Time to relax after the fun. 2. Gerald received the 'Bucket Butt Award' with a smile. 3. Was that beer can really full, Rox? 4. 'Most Likely to Succeed' was DuWayne's handle. 26

Student Government Struggled To Keep Activities Alive It was an uphill battle for Student Government to keep many activities alive and exciting all school year long. At Homecoming time, the week's festivities be- came alive with a new mini-float contest and skits open to all organizations and classes. When Christmas came, they struggled to get food for the elderly. The students pulled through, along with local businesses, and provided beautiful boxes of food to many. The group convinced Mr. Colletti, their new advi- sor, to hold Winterfest for the second time, which proved to be to be successful too. But when spring came. Student Government was unable to schedule a Spring Olympics to the dismay of many. STUDENT GOVERNMENT—ROW 1: Renee Fait, Jon Steffenhagen. ROW 2: Advisor Mr. Colletti, Terry Jicinsky, Barb Kobs, Crystal Mutzner, Candy Seitz, Ann Freeman, Mike Day, Pam Nall. ROW 3: Roger Anderson, Sue Diers, Rob Schulz, Dave Freeman, Linda Schwantes.
