lf The Trufh Were Known Upon arrival at Speedway High The 7th grader is completely agogg He has broken his grade school ties And realizing this really is in a fog. Now the 8th grader is the wiser- They speak of experience yet, They are the biggest fish in one pond And the smallest in the other, l'll bet. The freshmen are proud to be in high school, When initiation is over and done, Although some griped about it, Somehow they managed to come. The sophomore year is a hard one: lt's work and study more and more. The juniors are busy, but they really have fun, Dances, receptions and plays, these juniors miss none. As the dignified seniors re-enter the halls They will moan and groan, coming back to it all, But if ever the truth should be known, While summer was fun, we're sure glad it's fall. Class Will - Dave Crawford wills his red convertible to Charlotte and the Junior girls, who we know will put it to good use. Okay, girls? Carole Lambert wills her- chemistry notes to her brother, Ronnie, hoping he will use them to better advantage than she did. Jim Wen: wills his bar-bell set to Louis Meier so he can develop to be half the man Jim is.
