Seniors Find the Pot of Gold Spirit week this year marked the second annual winning of the week long competition between classes, by the class of 1985. Although the competition was heightened this year by the sophomore class, the senior class rose above the underclassmen opposition Frantically searching for a hall decorating theme, the senior class officers dug out their old prom dec- orations. These proved very beneficial and served to generate a new theme. The Senior Pot of Gold, using the class colors, blue and gold. Spirit week, put on by Varsity S and Student Council, is and annual affair to promote school spirit for the homecoming events. During the week people wear hats, ties or pins and dress in red and blue or as grubs. The class with the most people wearing red and blue, the most people at the homecoming game and the best decorated hall wins Spirit Week and the title of most-spirited class. It's no wonder that the class of 1985 has taken the title of most spirited class for two consecutive years — Sarah Soule Right — Go for the gold with Senior Sandy Brassard.
