The aim is to help the pupils to work out their own . ideas especially in the crafts, and to give careful supervision to those special- 1 .izing in drawing and painting. Mechanical Drawing is taught in special afternoon classes and at the 'evening drawing school, where attention is given to the needs of this com- in munity, especially the granite industry.
