Anticipating our senior trip, we the seniors began the year by spon- soring a chile supper at the Sparta Methodist Church on October 29. At dismissal time each day several of us received the title of change-makers and donned our equipment to sell donuts to the hungry students. Also, once a week members of our class joumeyed to the Home Ec. room to serve refreshments to the teachers attending the extension courses. On November 15, the gym was filled with an air of mystery as the audience viewed the annual senior play, The Skeleton Wa1ks. Baccalaureate services were held at the Sparta Baptist Church on June 1, and we received our diplomas for graduation on june 6. Following graduation we experienced our final class project, the senior trip to Washington. Senior Senate members were: Jim Anderson, Aaron Anderson, Darrell Denhof, John Mutchler, jean Parker and Mary Schaefer.
