I expect all of us either consciously or unconsciously, are continuously developing blueprints of our lives. Perhaps you have never been aware of the existence of your blueprint or have never studied its specifications again. You may have several plans from which you are trying to choose. I am sure many people have had a definite influ- ence upon the path you choose. We sincerely hope that your school, your teachers, and certainly your parents have been helpful in your choice of a blueprint and philosophy of life. Finally, be certain the career you select includes three very important things essential to a well rounded life: work, play and love. Wherever you go, whatever youf do, our very best wishes go with you. Sincerely yours, '75 Oekfdwf' Wm. H. Del-lart Compliments of johnson Brothers Ford Sales New and used cars and trucks Principal's essoge TO THE SENIORS OF 1958 Among the many lessons you may have learned during your four years in high school I feel this one is basic--- some things must be earned, they just can not be bought. To be respected, you must be worthy of respect. To have friends, you must be one. To be treated with courtesy, you must be courteous. Self respect is not for ,sale any where, anytime, and courage comes to him alone, who fears only being afraid. For each of you I hope it will always be true, that when alone with yourself you are in good company. Sincerely yours, s H. Anticipating our senior trip, we the seniors began the year by spon- soring a chile supper at the Sparta Methodist Church on October 29. At dismissal time each day several of us received the title of change-makers and donned our equipment to sell donuts to the hungry students. Also, once a week members of our class joumeyed to the Home Ec. room to serve refreshments to the teachers attending the extension courses. On November 15, the gym was filled with an air of mystery as the audience viewed the annual senior play, The Skeleton Wa1ks. Baccalaureate services were held at the Sparta Baptist Church on June 1, and we received our diplomas for graduation on june 6. Following graduation we experienced our final class project, the senior trip to Washington. Senior Senate members were: Jim Anderson, Aaron Anderson, Darrell Denhof, John Mutchler, jean Parker and Mary Schaefer. .u Ann Allers 'Some peogle ar nice than wise. A history first for the organization was the rental of a juke box which provided all the top times for rocking feet at the noon-hour and after game dance programs. Projects for the year consisted of rewriting the constitution, arranging bulletin board displays, interviewing assemblies, and planning noon-hour programs and dances, such as the top-flight gala affairs, the Autumn Whirl and the SnowBal1.
