,.-4. ff 1.4, 'E' -.57 JOSEPH DOLINAR LARRY VASOLD JEANETTE JANISKI ROSALIE HLADKEY President Vice President Secretary Treasurer enzor G ass 76511014 Through the tide of years the senior class has risen to a high current of recognition and prestige. This has been possible Through the united work done by the sponsors, officers, and class members. We entered Sparrows Point High School from a variety of neighboring, feeder schools. Being on half-day sessions we were strangers to each other until we planned together our eighth grade party, SNO-BALL. In our freshman year we gained a little more prestige. We took our first class trip to Philadelphia. Our freshman party, APRIL SHOWERS, was also a huge success, We were becoming more united. Finally we entered senior high school and experienced the feeling of superiority common to most persons on first becoming senior high students. We participated in the annual Talent Show and also held our sophomore party, STAR DUST. As .lJniors we earned the reputation of a class which worked together. We participated in the traditional Junior-Senior Day and won the girls' rope pull. Part of our class accompanied Mr. Cale's history class on a visit to Boston. Being the first class to possess our now, newly standardized rings we received our rings at a newly instituted ring dance. ln honor of graduating seniors we held the traditional Junior-Senior Promg our theme being MOONLIGHT AND ROSES. This was by far the most glorious and remembered event of our iunior days. Finally we have reached the greatest of all horizons, our senior year. We have been tossed and turned in the tides of many school days, and have managed to reach the crest as seniors. We have placed our mark on Sparrows Point High School by being a class noted for its working members, and we have managed to fulfill our goals, chosen in the freshman year. We entertain high hopes of winning several events of Junior-Senior Day and look forward to our senior banquet. SAYONARA, our prom theme, which means in Japanese, Good-bye, will be a night long remembered by us and as we leave this school on June oth we will never forget that it was here that we spent the most wonderful years of our lives. i gl L , - U11 i ,l ' .
