LARRY SMITH 1944-1962 L was for the friendship language he spoke to all of us, A was for his ability to tease and joke but never to end up in a fuss. R was for his fine record in school work and in sports. R was for the deep respect that he received from people of all sorts. Y was for his yearning to master his work each day, S was for the smiles which he never failed to pay. M was for his manners which only a first-class gentleman could show. I was for his initiative which showed last year as you and I know. T was for the truth for which he had no fear. H was for the happiness he brought to his classmates, his sweetheart, his mother, i li, and other loved ones so dear. Put them together and you have LARRY SMITH A handsome, kindhearted and friendly boy, who brought his associates many moments of joy. Now we must remember that Larry is happy in Heaven up there and that for us to live as usual would be his only prayer. 12
