To members of the graduating class, and to members of the 1949 “Bulldog”, | wish to add a special word of congratulation. The Southwestern Institute of Technology occupies a vital and important place in the educational system of Oklahoma, and | know that | express the sentiment of all our people when | say that the entire state is proud of the contribution this school is making to our program of higher education.
