The administration at Southwestern will long be remembered for its sincere interest in the student body. Naive fresh- men may find themselves more than a little awed when they meet a glorified member of the administration in the upper halls of Christy; however, sentimental seniors are able to trace the pattern created as the administration developed into human beings. One may recall the first time the college president spoke to him by name. The personal jokes shared with the academic dean will always bring a smile. Long talks with the dean of stu- dents or the counselor of women will not be forgotten for many years. Perhaps the most astonishing remembrance ofallwill be of the time one was called in, not for a misdemeanor, but simply to talk. In years to come, Builder graduates will think'back on their years spent at Southwestern, and among the pleasant memories will be those of the administration.
