Miss Hay, you have made us learn even though we often wanted to lag behind in our studies. We have you to thank for giving us a broader interest in the world of literature and speech. Your expressiveness in teaching has made each class period an adventure in learning. The 1968 Whispering Pines is only the tangible means of containing the intangible admiration that we have for you.
