The Home Economics Club is affiliated with the state and national organization. It strives to develop lead¬ ership and initiative on the part of each individual. The annual Christmas tea and Spring Dinner are two projects that are planned each year in honor of the girl graduates, and to offer experience and training for all concerned. The Agriculture Club, under the direction of Mr. J. J. Lindley, has always been one of the most active and progressive clubs on the campus. The main purpose of the club is to prepare its members to be leaders in their field of work. Each year, the club sponsors a project that will be of benefit to the Agriculture Depart¬ ment of the school. Last year, the club bought a Holstein Heifer and this year they have an Ayrshire Heifer to add to the herd.
