Am1l19 Amitie, also known as the club of hearts, was busy this year doing ser- vice projects. Their main goal was helping at the Charlie House, where they gave their time and effort to help those not as fortunate as them- selves. Amitie's officers were: John De- Bord, president: Mercy Gonzalez, vice-president, Walter Flinn, corre- sponding secretaryg Silvia Muriedas, recording secretaryg Norma Ledesma, treasurer, and Dean Hale, sergeant-at-arms. Key Club Key Club International was busy during 1983-84, living up to the honor of Service Club of the Year. Many activities and school projects were held throughout the year and included: participation in the Af- terschool House, helping in the Or- ange Bowl Parade, and participating in softball games against other clubs. Officers who led Key Club through a successful year were: Isel Escobar, presidentg Ana Veiga. Maria Nieto, and Rosa Meneses, secretariesg and Elaine Rinaldi, treasurer.
