I D, PF I The Beer Flows The Tarrant County Convention Center became a main attrac- tion for young and old when the German festival Oktoberfest opened its doors on October 1, 2. SHS Gpens Up Thursday, October 20, parents were invited to meet with their chiId's teachers in order to supply the oft-missing link between school and home. Dr. Robinson, the varsity cheerleaders, and the drama department welcomed parents and students with an assembly in hopes of providing them with a better understanding of Southwest. Afterward, parents talked infor- mally with teachers and enjoyed refreshments provided by Student Council and National Honor Society. OPEN HOUSE 27
