Polly Williford and Graham Rutherford crowd Mrs. Rosie Sanford for an office position to help round out their schedules. e A week before school started 2566 students sauntered up to Southwest to register for classes. Registration, as always, was the usual chaotic gathering of students clamoring for teachers and classes. Seniors registered first, a privilege granted to them for being upperclassmen, followed by iuniors and sophomores. Although running for classes was not new to most returning students, nervousness and confusion was still present, maybe even more than with the freshmen because they knew what to expect. For the pre-registered freshmen, the frolic of registration was something only heard of from upperclassmen. However, they held an equal amount of confusion, anticipating the horror of high school life. Registration was the beginning for the freshmen and the beginning of the end for the senior class of '77. But I've got to have it third period, begs Mindy Walker, although her cries seem to go unnoticed. Peggy Thames can't decide between Mr. Ed York or Mr. Guy Thompson on which government class to take
