SERVICE PERSONNEL Marjorie Vicar , Ruth Carow, Gertrude McArdie, Priscilla Anderson. Bertha Gordon (Chief Clerk). A heartfelt thanks to our unselfish clerks, cooks, and custodians. Without their devoted service. Southwest could not run as smoothly as it does. Although their efforts are often unnoticed and unrewarded, we appreciate the friendly assistance of the office staff, the nutritious meals served by the cooks, and the classrooms neatly swept and polished by the custodians. Many years of loyal service have won them our respect. They will not go unremembered. Ruth Hansen, Margaret Wallin, Marion Hcrstrom, Martha Conner. Edna Aleck-»on, Stella Ol»on, Margaret Krueger. Jeite Sharpe, Eugene Sorman, George Sorenson, John Milewski, Oscar Rossum, Teresa Kerkerling, Andy Babich, Earl Fosland. Not Pictured: Erick landin.

COUNSELING STAFF MISS BRINLEV MISS MAGNUSSON MRS. UNDINE Our four counselors are perhaps the most versatile faculty members at Southwest. Helping the Junior High are Mrs. Undine with the seventh graders and Miss Magnusson with those in the eighth and ninth grades. Senior High girls consult with Miss Brinley and the boys with Mr. Warner. In addition to advising us with our programs, the counselors also supply us with information concerning college admission, supervise such programs as A.F.S., and provide ushers for various school functions. To each of these counselors. Southwest says a hearty Thank you! MR. WARNER

LIBRARIANS SPECIAL SERVICE TEACHER Mrs. McDonald, although new to Southwest this year, has already won the confidence and friendship of all who have come in contact with her. Her assistance in the solution of our individual problems is an invaluable service. When it comes to getting information for reports, or just finding good books to enjoy in our spare time, what would we ever do without the helpful assistance of our librarians, Miss Walkup and Mrs. Nagel? Their efficiency in keeping the library running smoothly and quietly is much appreciated by all. FACULTY COUNCIL 12 SEATED: Mr. Classon, Miss Telander, Miss lohmann, Mrs. Otto. STANDING: Mr. Strand, Mr. Johnson, Mr. McDonough, Mr. Moixner.
