To The 1957 Graduating Class: He was flying too low, so the officers said. He crashed on the dark mountain's mass; If his sights had been lifted to loftier course, His ship had the power to pass These lines written by Leslie A. AAcRill carry a word of warning as well as a word of encouragement to all who leave high school classrooms to launch forth on the sky-ways of life. It has been the purpose of us on the faculty to develop your power to pass as well as to help lift your sights to the loftier course. Your success in life will depend much upon how well these objectives have or can be realized. 6 Best of wishes, R. H. CLASSON
